Hot sauce company Truff is releasing two pasta sauces rich in tomato, herbs, black truffle and red chilli peppers. Available in Pomodorro and Arrabiata flavours, the sauces can be added to pasta or used as a pizza base.

Truff ANZ co-director Steve Pirone said the new range is an evolution of the company’s hot sauce portfolio.

“Pasta sauce might be new to Truff here in Australia, but we can assure you we’ve taken the same creative approach to fashioning a product we know our audience will love,” said Pirone.

Using authentic truffle oil to create an earthy undertone, the Arrabiata flavour has been made with garden-fresh ingredients and has a smooth palate with its creamier texture.

Ideal for those who like a sweeter, less spicy sauce, the Pomodorro uses black winter truffle and has less of an immediate kick and one that contains a longer lasting spice.

The vegan, gluten free and non-GMO friendly sauces are perfect for wood fired pizza, fettuccine and eggplant parmigiana.

Truff Pomodorro and Arrabiata are available at David Jones, select grocers and butchers, along with specialty food stores for RRP 54.95 per two pack.

Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.
