Australia’s oldest chilli sauce brand, The Chilli Factory, is expanding into the high-protein snack market, with the launch of its new spicy beef jerky range.

Designed for chilli enthusiasts, these convenient on-the-go snacks are infused with The Chilli Factory’s signature sauces, aiming to deliver a flavour-packed punch with every bite.

The Chilli Factory managing director, Daniel Morgan, said the range comes in response to customers asking for their favourite chilli sauces in a snackable form.

“Our new beef jerky range is made from 100 per cent Queensland beef and marinated in the top three sauces our customers love, Fiery Frillneck Hiss, Morning Afterburn, and Scorpion Strike,” said Morgan.

“The range delivers bold flavour, high protein, and the signature heat our brand is known for, all in a convenient, single serve pack.”

The new beef jerky range includes three of The Chilli Factory’s favourite flavours:

  • Fiery Frillneck Hiss Jerky – marinated in The Chilli Factory Fiery Frillneck Hiss Chilli Sauce, this medium heat chilli beef jerky packs a punch of smoky tomato flavour.
  • Morning Afterburn Jerky – marinated in The Chilli Factory Morning Afterburn Chilli Sauce
Savour, this mango chilli beef jerky is a tangy snack combining fruit and fire.
  • Scorpion Strike Jerky – marinated in The Chilli Factory Scorpion Strike Chilli Sauce, this jerky is only for the brave, using the company’s hottest hot sauce.

The Chilli Factory’s products are made in Australia, and crafted from fresh, all-natural ingredients, free of artificial colours, preservatives, and MSG. The three beef jerky variants will join a wide range of Chilli Sauces, BBQ Rubs and Salt Grinders available from the company.

The new beef jerky range is available online at thechillifactory.com, and at select independent supermarkets and fine food retailers nationally for RRP $6.00.

Packaging News

The merger between packaging giants Amcor and Berry is now complete, with the all-scrip deal creating a company with some 400 packaging plants, and 75,000 staff, located in 140 countries.

Pact Group is facing softening demand in Q4, citing Donald Trump’s tariffs, the ongoing domestic cost of living pressures, and supply chain disruption with shipping container supply tightening.

Raphael Geminder is following through on his stated intention to delist Pact Group in light of his failed takeover of the company, and has set 16 July as the date he wants it off the ASX.
