Independent sparkling water brand Sips Sparkling is expanding into hard seltzers with three flavours in its new range.

Sips Hard Seltzer are based on sparkling water and triple-distilled vodka, paired with fruit and Australian botanicals.

Created in Melbourne by husband and wife team James and Jacqui McKay, Sips Hard Seltzer is a “natural extension of the ‘crafted-water’ category” they have helped develop in Australia.

“Our flavours have been painstakingly crafted using the best 100 per cent natural ingredients we can find. From aroma to aftertaste, it’s critical to us that what we create is crazy delicious,” they said. 

Sips Hard Seltzer has three flavours – Raspberry with Native Australian Riberry, Pink Grapefruit with Native Australian Davidson Plum, and Blood Orange with Native Australian Kakadu Plum.

The range is free from gluten, carbs and sugar, and is served as one standard drink, and will be available in selected Dan Murphy’s, BWS and independent liquor stores from mid-September.
