A new passionfruit curd from Barker’s New Zealand has made its way to Australian stores, developed as an addition for breakfasts, desserts, or to be eaten as a snack.

Barkers’ New Zealand Passionfruit Curd has a strong, sweet and tangy taste, while being gluten-free and having no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

“As an extension of the Barker’s New Zealand Curd range, the newly released Passionfruit flavour offers a fruity and refreshing taste with a touch of the tropics,” said Barker’s New Zealand head baker Clinton Squibb.

“Perfect for the home baker to use as a filling for muffins, cakes or delicious homemade donuts. Curd is also a perfect topper for cheesecakes, pavlovas or meringue nests.”

Barkers’ New Zealand Passionfruit Curd is now available in 400g recyclable tubs for RRP $5.00 in Woolworths stores around the country.
