It’s all about balance with the new sweet and salty Tasman Sea Salt Mylk Chocolate from Pana Organic, says founder Pana Barbounis.

The vegan chocolate experts have partnered with Hobart-based Tasman Sea Salt to create a Mylk Chocolate that’s balanced with bursts of pure salt flakes, harvested straight from the waters of Tasmania.

Pana Organic founder Pana Barbounis said the partnership was an obvious and natural alignment.

“Our new Tasman Sea Salt Mylk Chocolate combines our much loved mylk chocolate with a pinch of Tasman Sea Salt, creating that perfect balance of sweet and salty,” Barbounis said.

“The Tasman Sea Salt crystals are abundant in natural minerals derived from the nutrient rich waters of Tasmania and the salt itself contains lower levels of sodium and higher levels of potassium, delivering a truly feel-good chocolate for our customers.”

“This indulgent new chocolate is an environmentally sustainable and nutrient rich take on a flavour combination adored by many, and we know our customers will love this blend as much as we do,” Barbounis said.
