Oreo Thins have been launched in Australia with a TV commercial and marketing focused on 'changing perspectives'.

Measuring 7mm in diameter, the biscuits are available in flavours of Vanilla, Tiramisu and Lemon.

In each 104g pack there are two bite-sized packets containing seven cookies with a cream filling.

Oreo's marketing manager Sara Black says Oreo has grown by 19.8 per cent in the Australian market within the last year.

Oreo was launched in the US in 1912, but wasn't available in Australia until 2001.

Oreo Thins have a recommended retail price of $2.29 for the 104g pack.
