Plant-based foods producer NEXT Foods, has launched a range of fresh plant-based pasta sauces available at over 550 Coles stores across Australia.

The sauce pouches are Australian made, and created in collaboration with award-winning chefs.

The first two sauces to launch are Bangin' Creamy Carbonara and Super Saucy Bolognese, made with NEXT Foods plant-based meat.

NEXT Foods CEO Biren Doshi said the sauces had been in development for three years.

“After three years of development and taste testing in our kitchens with our team of award-winning chefs we are excited to launch the range of restaurant quality classics, which can be prepared in as little as 90 seconds,” said Doshi.
