The Wildbrumby Distillery has added a new gin to its stable of spirits.

Called 'Stallion’, the contemporary Australian gin blends juniper and wild mountain pepper berry with black tea, ginger, and orchard-grown citrus.

A smooth, viscous ‘oiliness’ rounds out the spicy spirit of the gin, enhanced by the natural alpine spring water used in the distilling process.

The Wildbrumby Distillery is best known for bringing schnapps to the Snowy Mountains, but has been undergoing something of a ‘gin revolution’, according to Wildbrumby founder Brad Spalding.

Its classic gin picked up a gold medal at the 2016 Melbourne International Spirits Competition, and the distillery released a seasonal ‘Rubus Patch’ raspberry-infused gin this year which picked up gold at last month’s Melbourne International Spirits Competition.

The recommended retail price for the Stallion gin is $95.
