Award-winning distillery Twenty Third Street has added three exciting new products to its lineup of great spirits - Pomegranate Vodka, Tropical Gin and Quattro Juniper Gin.

At the 2022 New York International Spirits Competition, the brand was named Australian Distillery of the Year,

Head of marketing and sales Chris Illman said the new range was the perfect addition to every liquor cabinet.

“There’s something for everyone in our new spirits. The Pomegranate Vodka is smooth and earthy, using fruit from our own Pomegranates Australia orchard, while our Tropical Gin is the perfect way to experience summer all year round.

“Our Quattro Gin is a juniper lovers’ dream, with a punchy and full palate, balanced by citrus. It’s our most complex gin yet and creates a complete unique drinking experience.

“We’re so lucky to have access to some of the best ingredients in Australia at Twenty Third Street Distillery and our expert team of master distillers use their craftsmanship to turn them into exceptional spirits unlike any other,” Illman said.

The Tropical Gin is a bright, juicy, tropical treat, underpinned by sophisticated botanicals. Each bottle has real mango, pineapple, passionfruit, and finger lime, all sourced within Australia. It’s decadent holiday vibes in a bottle and best served with soda, a garnish of lime and served with fish tacos or a delicious spicy chicken salad.

A two-week maceration process keeps the flavours strong and bright – as soon as you open a bottle you’ll be hit with the tropical scents of mango and pineapple, which carry through to the palate.

Twenty Third Street’s Pomegranate Vodka uses rich, earthy-sweet pomegranates grown in the distillery’s own orchard in Wanabi, less than 100 kilometres from its Renmark home. The expert agriculturalists at Pomegranates Australia harvest the pomegranates in late Autumn when the fruit is at its ripest and bursting with juice.

Combined with Twenty Third Street’s 5x distilled Australian vodka and a hint of raspberry and orange, a two-day maceration process occurs to lock in the bright colour and fruity sweetness. The final product gives drinkers a full, subtle vodka that’s perfect for enjoying with dark chocolate or a cheeseboard, straight with soda or in a cheeky cosmo.

Lastly, Quattro Gin takes juniper to the fourth dimension in one of the most unique and complex gins on the market. It’s headed by Australian wild juniper, followed by Bulgarian blue juniper, Macedonian wild juniper, and Bulgarian red juniper, extracted across four tailored methods, and lifted with local citrus and seven stunning aromatics including local coriander and ginkgo leaf.

Macerated for 72 hours to extract the best of Macedonian wild blue juniper, this one is best mixed with tonic and enjoyed with fresh oysters and some lemon. Juniper buffs - this is absolutely one for you!

The new range from Twenty Third Street Distillery is available now through Sippify and selected independent retailers. To find out more, head to 23rdstreetdistillery.com.au.

Packaging News

As 2025 draws to a close, it is clear the packaging sector has undergone one of its most consequential years in over a decade. Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.

PKN brings you the top 20 clicks on our website this year, a healthy mix of surprise and no-surprise. Pro-Pac Packaging led the list, Women in Packaging came in at #4, and Zipform's paper bottle at #15.
