Ready meal company, My Muscle Chef, has launched its new Nutrient Rich range, featuring six high-protein meals designed to deliver essential nutrients like fibre, magnesium, and iron to better support the nutritional needs of Australians.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Australians aren’t meeting the daily recommendations in calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and several other key macro and micro nutrients. While high-protein options continue to pop up across the FMCG category, the Nutrient Rich range aims to expand the My Muscle Chef offerings to include other nutrients critical for overall health and wellbeing.
Developed by the My Muscle Chef dietitian and culinary teams, the Nutrient Rich range features six new meals, focused on iron, fibre, magnesium and protein.
