Monkfruit-sweetened product specialist, Lakanto, has brought back its popular Caramel and Chocolate Toppings, perfect for drizzling over desserts or as versatile baking syrups.

Ideal for diabetics, keto enthusiasts, or anyone looking to enjoy a sweet treat without the sugar spikes, the new Caramel and Chocolate Flavoured Toppings are sweetened naturally with Lakanto’s proprietary monkfruit sweetener.

With zero net carbs and only 29 calories per 30mL serving for the Caramel flavour, and 31 calories per 30mL serving for the Chocolate flavour, these toppings allow for a health-conscious indulgence. They are made in Australia using at least 65 per cent Australian ingredients, and contain no artificial additives.

The toppings can also be seamlessly integrated into a variety of recipes as a wet sugar replacement, adding flavour to your baked goods and desserts. Unlike previous sugar-free toppings made with stevia, Lakanto Monkfruit can be heated without imparting a bitter aftertaste.

Lakanto Australia general manager, Leon McIndoe, said the Caramel and Chocolate Toppings are designed to bring joy and versatility to the kitchen.

“We believe that healthier choices shouldn’t compromise on flavour. With these toppings, you can indulge your sweet tooth while making responsibly sweet choices,” said McIndoe.

Lakanto’s Caramel and Chocolate Flavoured Toppings are currently available exclusively online at lakanto.com.au and will be launching soon at independent supermarkets and health food stores, for RRP $12.95 in a 360ml bottle.
