Australian freezers are about to get a little stranger, with Peters Ice Cream brand, Maxibon, launching the limited-edition Upside Down Bon, in collaboration with Netflix’s global smash hit, Stranger Things.

Just in time for the fifth and final season of Stranger Things, the latest Maxibon creation is flipping the script – featuring a white chocolate flavoured slab loaded with cookie crumbs, sandwiched between two choco biscuits on one end, and dipped in red choc with cookie crumbs on the other.

Peters head of marketing, Andrea Hamori, said the Maxibon brand has always embraced bold ideas and unconventional thinking, and the collaboration with Netflix’s Stranger Things is no exception.

“The Upside Down Bon is our largest launch to date, bringing together two cult favourites in a way that’s uniquely Maxibon. We’re excited to deliver an exclusive experience for Aussie fans that blurs the line between food and fandom,” said Hamori.

The Maxibon Upside Down Bon is available for a limited-time only in four-packs at Coles, Woolworths, and independent grocery stores for RRP $11.50, and in single packs at petrol and convenience stores for $5.60.
