Known for its signature slow-cooked, homemade-style chips, Kettle has launched its crunchiest range of chips yet with a premium crinkle cut designed to transport you to your favourite holiday destination in one bite.

There are flavours of superior fried chicken from Tokyo, basking in sunny afternoons in London, and experiencing late-night evenings on the Amalfi Coast, all packaged into a crunchier, heartier bite that marks a Kettle-first.

Snackbrands Australia marketing director, James Deysel, said the new range was “a delicious, thick, crunchy premium crinkle chip with bold and intense flavours that speak to younger generations”.

“The crunchier texture and bolder flavours make it the perfect snack to escape the winter blues,” Deysel said.

The Ridge Cut is available in four flavours: Himalayan Pink Salt, Japanese Style Fried Chicken, Italian Style Balsamic Vinegar & Sea Salt, and European Style Sour Cream & Chives.

The Kettle Ridge Cut chips are available nationally in Coles, Woolworths, independent supermarkets, petrol and convenience stores.

Packaging News

Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.
