Lakanto Australia has introduced a new addition to its sugar-free range: The ‘Original’ Pancake Mix, made with its proprietary Monkfruit sweetener, featuring  a light pancake texture and a hint of vanilla.

Developed with Australian grown non-GMO wheat and Lakanto’s Monkfruit sweetener, the result is a light texture and flavour profile that’s 99 per cent sugar-free, with no stevia, and no artificial colours or flavours.

The new ‘Original’ Pancake Mix mimics the texture and taste of traditional pancakes, with no added sugar and all natural monkfruit sweetener, and is Australian-made and created with natural ingredients, also catering to dairy, nut and egg free dietary requirements, with only 10g of carbohydrates per serve.

Lakanto GM ANZ, Leon McIndoe said the company wanted to create a pancake mix for health-conscious families that weren’t necessarily trying to stick to a low-carb, keto diet.

“Remaining committed to our promise for a more mindful lifestyle and sugar level stability, our New Original Pancake Mix also ensures inclusivity for all, accommodating those seeking egg and dairy-free breakfast options,” said McIndoe.

The Lakanto ‘Original'’Pancake Mix is available at Woolworths supermarkets.
