Nestle had opened its first Sydney-based KitKat Chocolatory, following the success of the Melbourne boutique, which offers consumers a personalised, premium chocolate experience.

The new store opened in Mid City Sydney on 6 July, ahead of World Chocolate Day. It has the option to Create Your Break, where visitors can design their own eight finger KitKat from 30,000 possible ingredients, as well as a KitKat Tasing Table, featuring the latest trends in chocolate.

“It is with pleasure that we announce the opening of the KitKat Chocolatory flagship at Mid City Sydney,” said head chocolatier at KitKat Chocolatory Connie Yuen.

“We have curated the very best of our KitKat Chocolatory boutiques, and I am now delighted to showcase the creativity that goes into premium chocolate-making here in Sydney.”

The store will also feature the KitKat Chocolate Train, Mix Your Break, Special Editions and KitKat Chocolatory Creations and Sublime.

Nestle has opened KitKat Chocolatory stores in Japan and Malaysia and more recently the UK, Canada and Brazil.
