New Zealand made Jack Link’s Jalapeño Beef Jerky has launched in Australia, offering a smoky, spicy, and zesty flavour for snack enthusiasts.

Founded in 1985, Jack Link’s remains family owned and is a story of family traditions. It began with treasured family recipes passed through generations, transforming a small US business into one of the fastest-growing snack manufacturers, focused on bringing better for you snacking to the world.

The Asia Pacific team, based in Sydney, Australia, consists of over 200 ambassadors, with two manufacturing sites across New South Wales, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand, producing products with Australian and New Zealand grass-fed beef.

Jack Link’s Asia Pacific marketing director, Dan Bitti, said, it had been 10 years since the company’s first spiced innovation, and he can’t wait for the jerky community to get their hands on the Jalapeño flavour.

“The Jalapeño Beef Jerky is a top-selling flavour in our birthplace of North America, so it was only right that we brought one of the biggest and best tastes down under,” said Bitti.

“With the recipe that put us on the map long ago blended with unique spices and the zest of Jalapeño chilli peppers our Jack Link’s Jalapeño Beef Jerky are going to go like wildfire.”

Jack Link’s Jalapeño Beef Jerky has been slow cooked to “love at first bite” perfection – blending Jack Link’s tender slices of premium grass-fed slow-cooked lean beef and original unique blend of spices with an unmissable hit of Jalapeño chili peppers.

With 17g of protein, the low in fat Jalapeño Beef Jerky is a mix of savoury and spicy. The smoky richness of slow-cooked beef followed by a burst of Jalapeño chili pepper heat settles in with subtle notes of garlic and onion and a hint of marinade sweetness.

Jack Link’s Jalapeño Beef Jerky is available from independent retailers and convenience stores for RRP $5.50.
