Melbourne based gluten-free ingredients brand Well and Good has launched three high fibre and no added sugar options to its Crispy Crumbs range.

Free from dairy, eggs and nuts, the new range is suitable for a vegan diet and is available in Crispy Crumbs, Southern Style and Seriously Low Carb Crumb Coating flavours.

Well and Good managing director Sam Barak said the new flavours offer versatility. “They’ll work well in any recipe that calls for regular crumbs – it’s available as a retail bag-in-box product for the Australian and overseas markets,” said Barak.

Classic and lightly seasoned the original Crispy Crumbs flavour allows consumers to add their own flavours while the Southern Style is packed with the company’s secret herbs and spices. The Low Carb Crumb Coating has 74 per cent less carbohydrates than the original variety.

The Crispy Crumb range will be available in independent supermarkets later this month.
