A range of Irish dairy products have been released in Australia with a focus on the grass-fed cows that helped produce them.

Ireland's Kerrygold products, which include a 'pure Irish butter', cheddar vintage, cheddar extra mature cheese, and cheddar Dubliner, are claimed to be “naturally softer” with the help of cows which have been allowed to roam freely on green grass.

Hailing from the Emerald Isle, the products include naturally occurring antioxidant beta-carotene, which Kerrygold claims gives them their golden colour and creamy taste.

Established in 1962, Kerrygold is a co-operative representing 15,000 family-owned farms, most of which have been handed down through the generations.

The sustainably farmed and manufactured dairy products have just been released in IGA, Foodworks, and Foodland.

The butter has a recommended retail price of $4.99 and the cheeses are each $7.49.
