KitKat has released two new flavours to its range inspired by popular ice cream flavours, mint choc chip and caramel.

This summer, KitKat’s block and four-finger bar ranges will include the two new flavours as chocolate lovers look to “scoop up their break”.

“There are two things we know Australians love – summer and ice-cream,” said Nestle head of marketing confectionery Joyce Tan.

“With mint and caramel continuing to come out on top as fan favourites, what better way to enjoy these flavours and a break over summer, than with our new ice-cream inspired KitKat bars.”

Mint Choc Chip includes crisp wafers covered in minty flavoured choc and topped with Swiss cocoa, while Caramel Crip features creamy caramel flavoured chocolate on a white chocolate base.

The new KitKat Ice Cream Inspired Mint Choc Chip and Caramel Crisp range is available nationwide at major supermarkets and select convenience stores.
