Hydrogen Water, water infused with molecular hydrogen (H2) gas, is launching a locally produced version in Australia, with claims of health benefits including increased energy.

Hydrogen Water is water infused with molecular hydrogen (H2) gas, which potentially has increased health benefits. The company includes the ability to increase energy, slow down the ageing process, and improve muscle recovery after a workout in its description.

Small-scale studies have suggested a correlation between the added hydrogen gas, and an increase in the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of water. However, medical experts state that further studies should be conducted on larger sample sizes to determine the reliability of this.

Made in Australia, Hydrogen Water uses 100 per cent Australian ingredients and uses eco-friendly packaging to reduce its carbon footprint.

Hydrogen Water founder, Tremaine Fernandez, said that the brand was focused on conscious consumption.

"Hydrogen Water isn't just about hydration; it's a testament to the power of conscious choices.

“With each sip, we're not just nourishing our bodies; we're nurturing a healthier planet. Every choice, every can, is a step towards a better future for us all."

Hydrogen Water is available to purchase online from 28 May at hydrogenwaterh2o.com, for RRP $44.99 for a 12-pack.
