Family-owned chocolate maker, Haigh’s Chocolates, following the opening of its new $120 million production facility last September, is kicking off 2026 with two new ranges – celebrating Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day.

Haigh’s Chocolates is celebrating the Year of the Horse with its 2026 Lunar New Year gift range including a new limited release chocolate, the Milk Matcha and Peppermint Fudge.

Presented in striking red and gold, this year’s collection features a spirited horse design adorned with plum blossoms, which the company stated recognises the horse’s vitality, perseverance and speed.

The exclusive Lunar New Year Milk Matcha and Peppermint Fudge chocolate combines rich matcha with peppermint infused white chocolate, encased in premium milk chocolate and finished with a modern matcha inspired geometric design – available for purchase as a loose chocolate or included in the Milk and Dark Selection boxes.

The popular Milk Yuzu Block will be returning to the Lunar New Year range, alongside the Milk and Dark Macadamias Gift Box, Milk and Dark Tablets, and Chocolate Baubles Gift Bag.

The 2026 Valentine’s Day range features a selection of gift boxes and hampers filled with traditional Haigh’s chocolate favourites. The Valentine’s Day Assorted Truffles Gift Box also features the new limited release White Passionfruit Truffle, a soft truffle centre bursting with tangy passionfruit and hand-coated in swirls of premium dark and white chocolate.

Returning are the popular Haigh’s signature small, medium and large chocolate hearts wrapped in pink, red or silver foil available individually or found within assorted gift boxes. The Large Chocolate Hearts will also continue to support Variety the Children’s Charity, with part proceeds from the sale of each heart donated to their valuable work to help children in need.

Both the 2026 Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day collections are now available online at haighschocolates.com.au, and at all Haigh’s Chocolates stores across Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
