Allergen free foods manufacturer Well and Good has released two new gluten-free baking mixes  Caramel Slice Mix and Crumble Cake Mix  into Woolworths.

Well and Good says the new mixes are designed to make baking gluten-free treats easy.

The Caramel Slice Mix takes an Aussie classic and turns it into a tasty free-from version. Each box contains a gluten free biscuit base, caramel mix, and chocolate for the topping.

The Crumble Cake Mix can be used with apple, rhubarb or berries and includes crispy cinnamon crumble.

Both products are gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and made with natural ingredients, and contain no artificial colours or flavours, and have been endorsed by Coeliac Australia.

Well and Good managing director Sam Barak said Woolworths had put an emphasis on supporting Aussie-made products by adding newness to their offering.

"Woolworths have added ten Well and Good products to their mainstream baking category, which I’m confident will appeal to those with and without special dietary needs,” said Barak.

The products are available at Woolworths and online for RRP $6.50.
