Frozen dessert Frulato, made from 90 per cent fruit ingredients, has made its way to speciality and independent grocery stores around the country.

The Frulato range is dairy-, gluten-, soy- and GMO-free, and is also suitable for vegan diets.

It was developed after founder Cara spent decades with allergies and intolerances, as well as a finding a frozen dessert she could comfortably give to her kids.

The Australian made product has 62 calories per serve and also contains prebiotics, in addition to its high fruit ingredient content.

“As a result, you are left with a frozen dessert that has an amazing, plant-based ‘creamy’ texture that is gut friendly and suitable for most people to eat,” Frulato founder Cara said.

Frulato has three flavours – Mango, Mixed Berry and Passionfruit – and is now available in stores Australia-wide.
