Kez’s Kitchen has launched The Free & Naked Choc Orange Bar, a new FODMAP-friendly snack bar that's being sold in Woolworths.

The Free & Naked Choc Orange Bar is now in the health food aisles, and includes natural ingredients of raisins, cocoa, sunflower seeds, coconut, sesame seeds, cacao nibs and orange.

In addition to being FODMAP-friendly, Kez’s Free & Naked bars are gluten-free, vegan, and suitable for the lunchbox, according to its makers.

Kez’s Kitchen's range is designed for convenience and on-the-go occasions, and is targeted at healthy eaters and those with food intolerances.

The Free & Naked Choc Orange Bar five-pack has a RRP of $5.00, and the company has also released a range of Free Mixed Favourites which are also designed for those following gluten-free and FODMAP-friendly diets. RRP for these biscuits is $4.95 for the 12-pack.
