Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin is back for its ninth consecutive year, celebrating the taste of Christmas pudding with a base of juniper, cinnamon, star anise, coriander seed and angelica.

The gin is rounded off with Rutherglen Muscat aged in barrel for 80 years, with a final result of juniper-led Christmas tree notes and plum pudding character.

Each year Four Pillars has featured a different local artist on the label, with the 2024 edition designed by South Australian Trevor Smith, who handcrafted Christmas table items using crochet – a ham, pudding, pavlova and a couple of glasses of Australian Christmas Gin Punch.

Four Pillars head distiller, Sarah Prowse, said: “I love Christmas, and I love sipping this gin straight over ice, or simply mixed with ginger beer or ale, a squeeze of lime and dash of bitters.

“Australian Christmas Gin is one of Cam’s most iconic gin creations that spans back to 2016. And the recipe is one we’ll be passing down for generations to come.”

The company has also brought back its Christmas Gin Puddings, made with gin-steamed oranges and a dash of Australian Christmas Gin.

Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin will be available to the public on 29 October, online at fourpillarsgin.com, at the Gin Shops in Surry Hills and Healesville, and select bottle shops for RRP $100. The Christmas Gin Pudding is also available for RRP $30, or in a bundle with the Christmas Gin for $120.
