Craft brewer Feral Brewing Co has announced the permanent addition of its pale ale Runt to its Feral family of beers. It is a mid-strength option with 3.5 per cent ABV that “packs a tropical punch”.

Feral Brewing Co general manager Rob Brajkovich said the team have been wanting to launch a mid-strength beer in cans for some time. “At Feral Brewing Co, quality is everything for us. Our consumers and partners expect high quality tasting beer when it comes to our range, and we do not compromise on that. We looked at the market and listened to our consumers who have been telling us they want a full flavour mid from Feral, Brajkovich said.

Runt joins Feral’s much-loved favourites – Biggie Juice, Dirty Biggie, Hop Hog, Sly Fox, Feral Draught, War Hog, and Perth Local.

Brajkovich said Runt’s tropical punch was due to “an abundance” of new world hops along with notes of stone fruit and oak.

He said, “The team were relentless in their commitment to bring this high-quality mid strength beer to life. They work tremendously hard, every single day to make sure our consumers have the best tasting beer for any occasion.

Nationally Runt will be available on tap at selected venues, while Western Australia is treated to 16 can packs from alcohol retailers.
