Domino’s innovation lab has produced improvements to its popular pizzas as well as new flavours, sides, ingredients and desserts as part of a campaign called Taste the Colour.

Improvements have been made to the BBQ Meatlovers and Supreme pizzas through the addition of premium toppings and ingredients such as 'maple-cured rasher bacon' and 'cherry wood-smoked leg ham'.

There are now three new pizzas in flavours of Lamb Tzatziki, BBQ Lamb, Bacon, and Creamy Chicken Carbonara.

New side dishes include Korean Spiced Sticky Wings and Mac’n’Cheese Croquettes; while a Cookie Brownie, Caramel Fudge Pie, and a Triple Choc treat will be on offer for dessert.

The changes will be rolled out to Australia and New Zealand in three phases, with phase two set to launch just before Christmas and phase three in early 2017.

Then the rollout will continue in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Japan, and Germany.

Domino’s is also working towards a menu free from artificial preservatives, colours, and flavours, and has achieved this already in over 85 per cent of products.
