Melbourne-based dip and yoghurt company Chris’ has created a new category of dip with the launch of Heritage After-Dinner Dips.

The new 'sweet dip' range is an extension of the company’s Heritage brand of premium dips.

The range has been designed for dipping after dinner, finishing the meal with a sweet finish – a twist on serving a cheese board after a meal.

Seeing a gap in the dessert market for sweet dips, chief marketing officer Amanda Habben studied consumer behaviour at restaurants that wasn’t easily translated into entertaining at home.

“We were inspired by the coffee-style cocktails and liqueur-based desserts such as Affogato that are enjoyed after a meal at a restaurant,” she says.

“We wanted to find a way to bring that same entertaining experience into households, and make our customers look great as a host.”

The range has four new flavour combinations, including a goat’s cheese or espresso mascarpone base, and they are ready to serve in style in handmade European reusable terracotta pots.

Flavours include: Goat’s cheese, orange and poppy seed with honey; Goat’s cheese, fig and pistachio, with honey; Mascarpone mocha salted caramel; and Mascarpone amaretto flavour espresso crème.

The recommended retail price is $6.99 each.

Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.
