COYO has released a dairy free coconut custard, combining organic coconut and chicory root as a source of prebiotic fibre for a better-for-you dessert or snack.

With hints of coconut and a nostalgic taste COYO Dairy Free Vanilla Custard can be served warm or chilled, as a baking ingredient or to accompany any sweet recipe.

COYO co-founder Henry Gosling said he hoped both traditional dairy custard lovers and dairy free consumers alike would enjoy the coconut-based custard.

“At COYO we put taste first, knowing that when we make one of our coconut-based products it must taste delicious and contain premium ingredients and health benefits.

“We are so excited to offer a premium dairy alternative custard to consumers that delivers on quality and the creamy taste that COYO fans know and love” said Gosling.

COYO Dairy Free Vanilla Custard is available at Woolworths and independent grocers for RRP $6.50.
