Australian cookie business, Cookie Man, has released its New York Thick Cookie range into Reddy Express stores nationwide, launching in over 600 locations.

The deal marks the first major consumer release of Cookie Man’s New York Thick Cookie range, following its wholesale launch in November last year, and Cookie Man’s first partnership with Reddy Express.

Reddy Express customers will now be able to try three of the eight New York Loaded Cookie flavours;

  • Brooklyn Brownie – a thick brownie cookie, topped with chocolate freckles
  • Lady Liberty – a cookie with a rich Nutella filling, adorned with crushed peanuts
  • Sassy Soho – a white chocolate, roasted macadamia and caramel fudge cookie, topped with macadamias.

Each cookie is 150 grams and made with up to 95 per cent Australian ingredients, including butter, wheat and sugar.

Cookie Man managing director, Michael Elligett, said the company is thrilled to partner with Reddy Express to get the New York Thick Cookie range onto retail shelves across Australia.

“We have been overwhelmed with the feedback from our wholesale partners on this new range - the cookies have quickly become crowd favourites, with sweets devotees and non-cookie eaters alike, for their fresh ingredients, creative flavour range and more-ish taste,” said Elligett.

“This partnership is part of our strategic growth plans, both nationally and overseas, as we seek to significantly expand our production and retail partners in 2025.”

Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.
