Chobani Australia has launched a new authentically strained high protein Greek yoghurt range delivering 20 grams of natural protein per serve – Chobani 20G.
As Australians continue to embrace and strive for high protein-eating, natural ingredients have also become a focal point. Chobani stated it saw an opportunity to meet consumer demand for higher protein offers without compromising on simplicity or quality.
Made from 100 per cent fresh milk, with no milk powders added, Chobani 20G is now the brand’s highest protein yogurt range, created for people who want more protein from real food.
Using Chobani’s authentic straining process, fresh milk is strained even further to naturally extract a higher protein content resulting in a yogurt that’s deliciously thick, creamy and satisfying, while remaining lactose free, with no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners.
Designed to complement Chobani’s existing 15G Greek Yogurt range, the new range expands the brand’s high‑protein portfolio to offer more choice across protein levels, formats and occasions.
Chobani marketing general manager, Ellie Vince, said the launch reflects the growing shift toward simpler, more nutritious high-protein food choices.
“People want more protein, but they’re also paying closer attention to ingredient lists,” said Vince.
“With Chobani 20G, we’ve shown you don’t need powders or artificial additions to get there. By straining 100 per cent fresh milk further, we’re able to naturally deliver 20 grams of protein per serve in a yogurt that’s thick and creamy without compromising on taste. It’s real food, with nothing to hide.”
Chobani 20G is available in Vanilla and Strawberry in a 900g multiserve tub, and Vanilla, Blueberry, Mango and Salted Caramel in 190g pouches. Multiserve tubs are available now at retailers across Australia, with pouches rolling out nationwide in April.
