Frucor Suntory is introducing its Suntory Boss Coffee range to Australian shores, with the chilled coffee presented in a recyclable can.

With 600 cans consumed each minute in Japan, Suntory Boss Coffee uses a traditional Japanese flash-brew method, which has the coffee beans brewed to a piping hot temperature then chilled to lock in flavour.

“We are incredibly excited to bring the iconic Suntory Boss Coffee to Australia,” said Frucor Suntory inventions manager Shana Khan.

“We know Aussies love their coffee… so there’s no doubt that this unique and great tasting chilled coffee will attract the admiration of Australians, as it has the Japanese.”

The new range has 135mg of caffeine per serve (237ml), with the Iced Long Black being keto-friendly, and containing no dairy or sugar, while the Iced Latte has 6.3g of sugar and 52 calories per can.

Suntory Boss Coffee will be available in selected Woolworths and IGA stores, as well as petrol station and convenience stores around the country from November 1 with an RRP $4.00.
