Family dairy company, Bulla, has released a line-up of five new ice cream creations to celebrate the arrival of summer – under its Murray St and Splits brands.

Murray St Ice Creamery has crafted two new indulgent flavours crafted with fresh Australian milk and cream, jumping onto popular flavour trends. Pistachio Raspberry Ripple is made with finely roasted pistachios and a bold raspberry swirl, and Salted Caramel with Speculoos Biscuits offers a salted caramel flavoured ice cream with chunky Speculoos biscuits folded throughout.

Splits have now entered the market in a scoopable format, combining the fruity ice exterior and creamy vanilla core into a refreshing sorbet. Made with 50 per cent sorbet, 50 per cent Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla and real fruit juice, the 1-litre sorbet tubs are available in Mango, Raspberry, and Lemon-Lime flavours.

Bulla head of marketing, Chris Martin, said the company is proud to keep innovating while staying true to its family dairy heritage.

“Our latest ice cream creations are more than just new flavours – they’re crafted moments of indulgence designed to bring a little joy to Aussie households,” said Martin.

Bulla Murray St and Splits 1L Tubs are now available at Woolworths and independent supermarkets for RRP $12.00 and $10.00 respectively.

ACOR is calling on the Government to urgently introduce packaging reforms or risk the collapse of Australia’s plastic recycling sector and face millions of tonnes of plastic waste polluting the environment.

As 2025 draws to a close, it is clear the packaging sector has undergone one of its most consequential years in over a decade. Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.
