Western Australian-based Brownes Dairy has launched its latest creation, Club Cheddar, available in four flavours: Vintage, Pickled Onion, Green Peppercorn and Smokey Red.

Brownes Dairy CEO Natalie Sarich-Dayton said the launch of Club Chedder builds on Brownes’ ongoing goal to produce cheddar cheese on a large scale in Western Australia.

In 2019, Brownes Dairy introduced a range of cheddar, including a vintage heritage reserve cheddar aged between 24-36 months, with the new range of Club Cheddars awarded at numerous showings including the Sydney Royal Show and Perth Royal Show.

“Our cheddar cheese products have received a bunch of accolades from food critics in the lead up to Christmas and we are confident in the taste, quality and appeal of our Club Cheddar range,” said Sarich-Dayton.

The launch of the Club Cheddar range also continues Brownes Dairy’s commitment to to sourcing fresh Western Australian milk for its production.

The new Club Cheddar flavours are available at IGAs across Australia.
