Coffee roaster Di Bella Coffee has launched a new single origin coffee called Ninho Da Άguia.

The limited release bean from the mountains of Brazil has a unique flavour and rare profile, according to the company.

Sourced ethically through Di Bella Coffee’s Crop to Cup program and philosophy of direct-trade relationships with farmers, the coffee comes from Eagle’s Nest Farm in Brazil.

The farm is surrounded by high mountains and untouched vegetation in altitudes above 1400 metres.

The coffee displays apple and pear acidity, with a rich chocolate base and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel and molasses, Di Bella says.

It is roasted, and best suited to espresso brewing.

The farm maintains over 70 per cent of its area as wilderness, free from pesticides.

RRP is $12.50 for a 250g packet.
