Asahi Premium Beverages’ Bourbon brand Woodstock is launching a new Bourbon drink premixed with ginger beer.

Called Easy Roller, it has been created for consumers who want full-flavoured yet less sweet alternatives to existing Bourbon products. The addition of brewed ginger beer fit the bill.

Woodstock Bourbon has a history of creating premixed drinks, and the latest addition offers an alternative to the traditional Bourbon with cola.

Asahi general marketing manager Michael Edmonds says keeping bourbon RTDs relevant to younger consumers is a priority for the company.

With an ABV of 4.8 per cent, Easy Roller suits daytime drinking occasions.

The Woodstock range has also seen a packaging refresh which helps young consumers differentiate each variety.

Woodstock products contain Kentucky Bourbon which has been distilled and matured for two years using American oak casks. Easy Roller is available in four-packs of 330ml bottles.
