Food distributor, CJ Foods Oceania, has launched Bibigo frozen Gimbap, a staple of Korean cuisine, in Australian stores for the first time. It follows its release of Bibigo Kimchi earlier this month.

Following the success of Bibigo Mandu introduced onto Australia shelves last year, CJ Foods Oceania is expanding the Bibigo brand with the addition of Gimbap to Woolworths' shelves.

Bibigo gimbap is a bite-sized snack with various fillings wrapped in a layer of sesame oil-seasoned rice and seaweed. The selection of flavours includes Bulgogi and Tuna-Mayo.

Crafted with Australian tastes in mind, the company states that the vegetarian-friendly Bulgogi-flavoured gimbap offers a delicious blend of vegetable only ingredients.

It can be microwaved from frozen in just over 2 minutes as a healthy, nutritious and savoury snack.

Bibigo frozen Gimbap is available in a 250gm pack in Woolworths stores nationwide for RRP $7.50.

Korean cuisine manufacturer, Bibigo, also launched its kimchi range in Asian grocers nationwide earlier this month.
