Australian independent drinks brand Framer has launched its first hard seltzer range featuring two flavours: Lime & Cucumber and Watermelon. Each can of Framer features bespoke artwork by emerging artists, with a portion of the profit from each sale going to the featured artist.

Framer co-founders Angus O’Connell and Max Gooden said the independently owned and 100 per cent Australian-made Framer combined ‘the creative spirit of Australian craft brewing with the vibrant emerging arts culture’.

The new Framer launch range features two emerging Sydney-based artists Evi-O, and Kane Lehanneur. Evi-O is a visual creator from Marrickville, Sydney, and Lehanneur is a Sydney-based artist known for his use of acrylics and oils.

O’Connel said Framer was designed to be lifestyle-centric.

“We wanted to create a brand that starts conversations and brings people together through a shared love of originality, creativity and art. If you’re a seltzer convert, or keen to try something new, Framer is for you,” said O’Connell.

“We’re really excited to see Framer on Australian shelves, giving consumers an opportunity to support local artists. The hard seltzer category is growing fast, with more and more Aussies trying something different,” says Gooden.

The Framer range is available at Dan Murphy’s and BWS across NSW as well as independent bottle shops across the nation.
