Aldi Australia’s award-winning Lazzio coffee has teamed up with fellow Melbourne-based chocolate label, Chocolatier Australia, to offer a new, premium quality coffee chocolate gift pack for Christmas.

Aldi Australia's Lazzio coffee is produced by Truganina-based Black Bag Roasters and was awarded overall Large Chain Champion at the 2024 World Series Golden Bean awards earlier this year.

The family behind Chocolatier Australia has been making European-style pralines and hand-moulded chocolates in Melbourne since 1985. Starting in the Melbourne suburb of Diamond Creek, the chocolates are now produced in a built-for-purpose facility in Heidelberg West, less than 50 minutes up the road from Black Bag Roasters.

For those looking to support local this festive season, the new Lazzio Luxe Coffee Chocolates are a milk chocolate cup created by Chocolatier Australia and filled with Lazzio Luxe blend coffee, infused through creamy chocolate.

This collaboration between two Melbourne-based brands will allow Aldi shoppers to enjoy luxurious, locally produced chocolates made with the finest ingredients for less this Christmas.

The Lazzio Luxe Coffee Chocolates 110g are available at Aldi stores around the country for RRP $6.99.
