Manly Spirits Co. has extended its range with the launch of Margarita Cello; a balanced citrus liqueur with fresh lime juice for a zesty margarita.

Manly Spirits creative director Vanessa Wilton says tastebuds are in for a treat with the drink featuring an intense lime citrus backbone from fresh lime zest and juice, a floral Australian botanical nose of rainforest lime, lemon aspen and myrtle with a hint of sweetness, and a sherbety finish.

“Margarita Cello was created in Manly Spirits Co.’s on-site laboratory by our team of passionate experts. The process involves using the whole lime from zest and flesh, through to fresh juice. We steep lime, lemon and orange zest for a month, releasing the beautiful flavour profiles of the citrus fruits. We then combine that with the native botanicals of lemon aspen and lemon myrtle, and fresh lime juice to create the balance of crisp zesty citrus and a sweet sherbet mouth feel,” said Wilton.

Margarita Cello can be purchased for RRP $60 per 700ml bottle and is available at select retailers and online, available for delivery nationwide.
