Herbie’s Spices has expanded its range of herbs, spices and salts with four new products designed to elevate at-home recipes.

The new range features Native River Mint, Bagel Sprinkle, Bolognese Seasoning and Chili Lime Salt.

Native River Mint, also known as Poang-gurk in Koori, is an Australian native herb with a unique peppermint aroma and flavour, ideal for use in lamb, seafood, and dessert dishes, available in a resealable 15g pouch for $12.00

Bagel Sprinkle is a blend of flavours and textures made for sprinkling on bread and bagels before baking or as a topping for a burst of flavour. Ingredients include toasted coriander seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, red pepper, native saltbush, Aleppo pepper, black pepper, and a hint of garlic.

Bagel Sprinkle can also be used as a crumb coating for chicken tenderloins or to enhance cream cheese, green salads, coleslaw, salad sandwiches, and avocado toast and is availalable in a 40g pouch for $6.50 or an 80g pouch for $11.95.

Bolognese Seasoning is a blend of paprika, basil, tomato powder, herbs, and spices made for Bolognese, available in 30g pouches for $7.45.

Chilli Lime Salt offers a zesty kick with Australian sea salt, Kashmiri chilli, kefir lime leaf, lemon powder, ginger, and native lemon myrtle for enhancing cream cheese, avocado toast, and to rim a spicy margarita, available in a 75g pouch for $6.25 and a 50g pocket
and purse jar for $5.45.
