Australian and female-owned beverage, Blume Prebiotic Tonic is a new good for you soda: an all-natural, low sugar, low calorie beverage with 6g of plant fibre and prebiotics.

Founder Rachel Castelino created Blume when she struggled to find any delicious healthier beverages that appealed to her when she moved to Australia from the US.

After struggling with her own gut issues from fibromyalgia and SSRI’s, she was inspired to create a gut-friendly beverage with three of the best biome-supporting prebiotics that was great for both the gut and the tastebuds.

Unlike conventional sodas, Blume is only 30 - 35 calories with only 4 - 5 g of sugar and does not contain sugar alcohols that can upset the gut. The prebiotics in Blume come from the plant fibres (acacia fibre, Jerusalem artichoke inulin, chicory root inulin) proven to aid in healthy digestion and a beneficial microbiome composition.

Blume Prebiotic Tonic is made with natural ingredients and 6g of diverse plant fibre to nourish the gut microbiome.

Blume Prebiotic Tonic is available online and in select independent grocers in NSW and North Adelaide.
