Never Never Distilling Co has launched Beeswax & Olive Gin, an Australian-made gin distilled with beeswax and olive brine, made for martinis, highballs and spritz serves.
The Beeswax & Olive Gin is made using Ligurian beeswax and raw honey sourced from hives located on Kangaroo Island, Kalamata olive brine sourced from McLaren Vale, Somerton almonds from Port Willunga and locally grown orange and bay leaf.
Tasting notes include honeysuckle and orange blossom with pine needle and orange zest, with a creamy palate with accents of brine, sweet basil, bay leaf and orange. The finish is buttery with toasted almonds and warm spice.
The Beeswax & Olive Gin is available via Never Never Distilling Co., BoozeBud, The Wine Providore, Liquor World, and P&V Merchants for for RRP $79.00 (500mL, 41 per cent ABV).
