Forbidden Foods has launched a black rice and coconut pudding that's ready to eat in 45 seconds.

Brekky Rice comes in a individual microwavable pouch and is NASAA organic-certified, dairy-free, and gluten-free.

Co-Founder Jarrod Milani says the product is an “innovative step” for both the rice and breakfast market.

“Retail breakfast options currently available mostly contain dairy and high levels of sugar and are not something health-conscious people would turn to,” he says.

Also new to the market is Forbidden Foods Organic Black Rice and Quinoa Super Grain, a gluten-free side dish which can be combined with salad or vegetables.

RRP for both products is $3.99.
