400 Gradi has partnered with DiRossi to launch 400 Gradi Selection thick-cut gourmet cheeses, expanding the 400 Gradi brand’s move into FMCG and retail.

After launching the retail brand of 400 Gradi pizzas during the pandemic, the DiRossi partnership will expand the brand’s at-home offering through the national rollout of two new products under the banner of the '400 Gradi Selection'.

One of the biggest cheese suppliers in the industry via their Real Dairy Australia brand, DiRossi will launch the “400 Gradi Selection” of cheeses across thousands of independent supermarkets nationally including participating IGA stores.

The DiRossi 400 Gradi Selection will launch with a thick cut Gourmet Mozzarella Cheese and a thick Gourmet Pizza Cheese, which can make up to 8 large pizzas.

Di Francesco said, “Working with DiRossi to create a range of pre-cut cheeses that are perfect for at-home Italian cooking has been incredibly exciting. I am so proud of the 400 Gradi Selection as it replicates the quality and style of cheese that I use in my own restaurants.”

400 Gradi Selection cheeses are available now from participating IGA stores nationally.
RRP $4.00 for 150g packs; $9.00 for 400g packs.
