Huon Salmon has launched a collection of products created by chefs for chefs.

The Chef Series range includes high-grade fresh Huon salmon fillets, hand-sliced cold smoked salmon, and ocean-grown salmon caviar.

Huon Aquaculture co-founder and executive director Frances Bender said the new range had been created with chefs in mind.

“Over the years, we have worked closely with a lot of chefs and have heard that they want the same Huon quality but in larger quantities and less fiddly packaging. This is how our new Chef Series range came to life,” he said.

The new range will appeal to a broader range of chefs whilst reducing wastage.

The Chef Series range also includes Salmon Pâté and Salmon Caviar in larger 1kg options, along with hot and cold smoked salmon and fresh salmon portions, and Banquet sliced salmon, a product that is hand-sliced horizontally.

Huon produces approximately 24,000 tonnes of salmon annually.
