South Australian distillery Twenty Third Street Distillery is offering whisky lovers to personalise their own whisky by the barrel with its interactive 'Age your Own' experience.

Customers are guided through the distilling process, selecting barrel size, strength and ageing time to create their own custom blend.

Following a private tour of the distillery and tasting with the Twenty Third Street Distillery master distiller, customers can sample the whisky during the maturation process and return in two, five or ten years to take home the final product.

“We are passionate about crafting premium whiskies, and want to give our audience a taste of what we love about the distilling and aging process through the ‘Age your Own’ Program,” said Twenty Third Street Distillery master distiller Graham Buller.

The Twenty Third Street Distillery ‘Age your Own’ whisky experience is available to purchase directly from its Renmark site, its Adelaide CBD bar – Twenty Third Street on Melbourne – as well as via enquiry for interstate customers.
