Arnott’s has released five of its classic biscuits into chocolate blocks and bars. All the favourites - Iced VoVo, Scotch Finger, Wagon Wheel, Giner Nut and Jatz - will be part of the new range.

Real biscuit pieces will be blended into chocholate. The range is made in Australia from sustainably sourced cocoa.

Arnott’s marketing manager Pauline Mercier says it was about giving consumers the “best of both worlds”.

Arnott’s has been baking biscuits for more than 150 years and more than 50 years of chocolate knowledge. It spends $500 million each year on Australian materials, including raw ingredients and packaging.

The new Arnott’s chocolate blocks (from RRP $5.00) and bars (from RRP $2.00) will be available in Coles, independent retailers and major petrol and convenience stores from next week.
