A winter igloo garden has arrived at the Auburn Hotel in Melbourne as Wild Turkey American Honey keeps visitors warm over winter with cocktails and seasonal dishes.

With a menu inspired by the sweet American Honey flavour, a selection of meats and cheeses, along with a chocolate honeycomb fondue dessert, are all on offer at the communal dining space, with larger group sizes of up to 30 people able to enjoy private seated and cocktail events in the mega igloo.

“We’re excited to team up with Melbourne Rooftop Honey and the Auburn Hotel to host a cosy drinking experience for Melburnians to enjoy during the colder months,” said American Honey marketing director Nicole Stanners.

“The igloos allow both bourbon lovers and people who appreciate shared experiences with friends to enjoy a night of warming cocktails and cuisine under the winter stars.”

The American Honey Winter Igloo Garden will run from 1 May to 31 August, 12-9pm daily, with igloo packages starting at $49pp.
