Just in time for ANZAC Day, GF Oats Australia has released its ANZAC biscuit for those with special dietary requirements.

The biscuits are gluten friendly, dairy free, vegan, and refined sugar-free.

Gloriously Free Oats (GF Oats) Australia partnered with food innovators, experts in developing gluten-free and vegan products. The result is a biscuit with the flavour, look and texture of the traditional variety.

GF Oats, a Toowoomba based company, sources its oats from GF Harvest in the US. According to the company, they are one of the purist uncontaminated oats in the world. The oats are free of the contamination from the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley, GF Oats says. They are grown and processed in uncontaminated organic facilities, both in the US and Australia, to ensure their purity.

GF Oats ANZAC Biscuits are the latest addition to GK Gluten Free Foods line-up. GF Oats ANZAC Biscuits are available initially in all good Health Food stores across Australia from mid April. Visit www.GFOats.com.au for more details or to shop online.
